Office Lipoplasty under Local Anesthesia
Step-by-Step Procedure

Performed at Pelosi Medical Center by Drs. Pelosi

24 year-old female to undergo lipoplasty of upper-lower abdomen, hips, & flanks.

1. Patient prepped and markings made.	2. Injection of liposuction solution started.	3. Abdominal fat is injected.
4. Hip area fat is injected.	5. Laser liposuction device is shown.	6. Power assisted liposuction device is shown.
7. Fat suction in progress.	8. Vaser ultrasound device is shown.	9. Notice patient is awake and drinking fluids.

10. Final touch-up while patient is standing.	11. Special roller is used to squeeze out injection fluid through liposuction puncture sites.
12. 3 liters of fat & injection fluid were removed.	13. Post lipo garment is in place.

Immediate post lipo appearance of abdomen, hips, and flanks compared to pre lipo appearance.
